Alert Log - External

Use the External alert log to view the external notifications that have been received from outside Aperi Storage Manager. These notifications might include SNMP traps sent to the product, CIM Indications it has received, HBA notifications, etc.

Field Descriptions

Column Name	Description
Computer	The name of the machine on which the Device server resides.
Obj. Type	The type of object that triggered the alert, such as SNMP trap, CIM indication, Inband event, etc.
Object	The IP address of the external object that triggered the alert.
Alert Type	The type of alert triggered.
First Triggered	The date and time the alert was first triggered.
Last Triggered	The date and time the alert was last triggered.
# Time	The number of time the alert was triggered.
Alert Creator	The user ID of the person who created the alert.
Alert Name	The defined name of the alert.
Script	The script that was run when this alert was generated.
	Click on this button to view more details about the alert.
	Indicates that the alert has not been resolved.
	Indicates that the alert has been checked.
