Batch Reporting - Report

Use this page to select the report that you want to run as a batch report. The report you select determines the contents of the Selection page.

Displays the reports that you can select as a batch report.

The reports listed in the Available section are the same reports displayed in the Reporting nodes for Data Manager and Disk Manager. The main reporting categories available in this list box include:

  • Asset System-wide
  • Availability
  • Capacity
  • Usage
  • Usage Violations
  • Backup
  • Storage Subsystems

Current Selections

Displays the report that has been selected for the batch reporting job.

To select a report for a batch report:

  1. Highlight the desired report in the Available list box.
  2. Click [Right arrow button]. The report you selected appears in the Current Selections list box. Note that a report is only available to be moved to the Current Selections list box when the [Right arrow button] button is selectable.

To remove or unselect a report:

  1. Highlight the report you want to remove in the Current Selections list box.
  2. Click [Left arrow button]. This will remove the report you selected from the Current Selections list box and move it to the Available list box.
