File System/Logical Volume - File System

This page shows a pie chart depicting use space and free space on the filesystem and includes the following information:

• Computer
• Filesystem Type
• Use Count
• Mount Point
• Physical Size of the filesystem
• Capacity of the filesystem
• the time and date of the last probe and scan
• when the filesystem was discovered on the system
• if the filesystem has been removed then the time and date when it was removed will be shown

Also shown for UNIX-based systems are:

• Maximum File Count
• Used Inodes
• Free Inodes. Inodes are areas reserved for index entries within the UNIX filesystems. For Windows machines, these values will be zero.
• the amount of used space and free space

Note: The Maximum File Count, Used Inodes, and Free Inodes fields will have values of zero if a probe job was run against a IBM SAN File System Cluster using a Windows agent. If using a UNIX agent with the probe job, information for these fields is collected. The agent used by the probe job was defined on the Scan/Probe Agent Administration window.
