System-wide Agent reports provide detailed information about the current agents installed in your environment.
You can generate and sort the data within agent reports using the following By Clauses:
Each row in the report gives you information for each Agent. The following table describes the fields available through each of the By Clauses:

Click this button next to an agent for which you want to view detailed information. The Administrative Services - Agents window appears. |

right-click agent |
Right-click an agent row in this report to perform actions against that agent. When you right-click, a pop-up menu appears with the following options: View Log, Configure Tracing, Read Config, Check, Shutdown, Immediate, Abort), Enable, Disable, and Delete. See the Adminstrative Services section of the online help for more information about these actions. |

Agent |
name of the machine on which an agent is installed |

Agent Status |
status of an agent. Possible statuses include Up and Down. |

OS Type |
operating system on the machine where an agent is installed |
|
Version |
version number of an agent (for example, 2.3.0) |

Port |
port number on which an agent listens for requests. |
|
Host Address |
network name or IP address of an agent |
|
Last update |
date/time when an agent was last updated |
|
Timezone |
timezone where the agent is installed (for example, CDT) |

Connection Errors |
number of connection errors that have occurred between an agent and the Data Manager to which it is connected. This number represents the number of errors that have occurred since the Data Manager has been up. |

Consecutive Errors |
number of consecutive unsuccessful connections between an agent and Data Manager. This number increments by 1 for each unsuccessful connection attempt; it is reset to 0 once a connection is succsessful. |

instruction set architecture on the machine where an agent is running |
