Use this window to log in to Aperi Storage Manager and start managing your storage resources. This window automatically appears when you start the Aperi user interface. Keep in mind the following before you log in:

The following table describes the fields on this window:

Server |
Enter the name of the Aperi server to which you want to connect. Note that when you successfully log into a server, the name of the server is saved as part of the drop-down list associated with this field. When you restart the interface and log in during a later session, you can choose the server from the drop-down list. The Port and User ID fields are automatically filled in with the values entered previously for that server. |

Port |
Enter the port number on which the server is listening for requests. The default port is 9549. |

User ID |
Enter the user ID that you want to use to connect to the server. |

Password |
Enter the password for the user ID you want to use to connect to the server. |

Delete Connection |
Click this button to delete the current server from the Server drop-down list. The server's related login information will also be cleared from the Port, User ID, and Password fields. After deleting a connection, information for a server already listed in the Server drop-down list will appear in the appropriate fields. |

Login |
Click this button to log in to the server. |
| Cancel | Click this button to exit the window without logging in to a server. |
