Topology - L1:Subsystems View
The L1:Subsystems view displays a subsystem group in context with all known and related
environmental objects for that subsystem group, such as switches and computers.
Topology View
The topology view contains a graphical representation of a subsystem group and
related environmental objects.
You can do the following in the topology view:
- Examine the spatial rendering of objects and their relationship to each other
in your environment and orient yourself for the tasks.
- If your environment contains a large number of objects, the topology view might not
be able to display all the objects in the same view. You can pan
to different areas of the topology by using the minimap, which contains miniature
representations of the objects in your environment.
- Expand a group by clicking the plus sign (+) in the group to reveal all
objects in the group. Collapse a subsystem group by clicking the minus sign (-)
to hide the objects in the group.
- To display a detailed view of an individual object, expand a group,
and double-click the object.
- To perform actions on an object, right-click an object and select an item from the
actions menu.
Tabular View
The tabular view below the topology view contains detailed information about a
subsystem group and information about related
environmental objects for the subsystem group.
Attributes of the objects in the topology view are organized into tabs in the tabular
view. Click an item in the following list to display
