Deprecated. As of BIRT 2.0, replaced by org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.oda.util.logging.Filter .
The BIRT ODA run-time framework has been migrated to the Eclipse Data Tools Platform (DTP) project.

public interface Filter

A Filter can provide more control on what is logged.

Each Handler can have an associated Filter and calls the isLoggable method to check whether the LogRecord should be published.
