Overview window

The Overview window has General Information fields for an SML-IF document.

Figure 1 shows the Overview window. See Table 1 for a list of required General Information fields for an SML-IF document.

Table 1. List of General Information fields
Callout	Field	Required	Description
1	Name	Yes	Name field is the namespace for the SML-IF document.
2	Version	No	Specifies the version level of the model.
3	Display name	No	Descriptive name of the model intended for display.
4	Base URI	No	SML-IF specification uses RFC 3985 to evaluate URI equivalence for inter-document references. The algorithm described in RFC 3985 requires a base URI which is defined by this element.
5	Description	No	This is a detailed textual description of a model.

Figure 2 is the schema describing the grammar of an SML-IF document. The callout numbers in this figure correspond with the callouts in Table 1.
