An SML-IF document can contain definitions and instances.
To view or edit a documents definition or instance:
- Double-click an SML-IF document to open the SML-IF editor.
- Click Documents tab to view the Documents window
- Click an attribute in the Logical Tree window to view its XML representation.
Figure 1 shows Instances Student2 selected. In this example, Instance Student2 has Aliases named Student2. Expand the Logical Tree to view the element Student and its attributes — ID, Name and Course.
Click the attribute Name. The corresponding XML code <Name>John</Name> is displayed in the XML Representation window.
