Several visual elements may specify a border. The border definition has a special syntax.
A simple integer specifies a solid x-Pixel border in the default color.
TYPE:[argument1=value1,argument2=value2]
If the border type has a simple value argument the argument can simply be specified with out brackets:
TYPE:simpleValue
The line border type is a simple line.
