Explore the user interface: introduction

Objectives

• Use the buttons and menus you will need for routine operations.
• Use the 2 main perspectives to see different views of library content.
• Drill down into a method library to see how library content is categorized.
• Use the Search feature to find method content in a library.
• Learn some of the terms used in the other tutorials and on-line Help pages.

Note: You will need a local copy of the OpenUp method library to complete the exercises in this tutorial. If you don't already have this you can download it from http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/downloads.php.
