If your VOB is not pre-populated with a library you can follow
these steps to create a new library and add it to version control.
Make sure you are in Authoring perspective.
Use the File menu to select New then Method
Library. The New Method Library dialog box will appear.
You will be prompted to enter a name, description, and location
for the new library. The location you specify should be the VOB folder in
your view. Do not use the default location. Click Finish to continue.
ClearCase will notice new files in your view and ask you to select
resources to add to source control. Click Select All then Apply.
You will now be prompted to add the library itself (library.xmi)
to source control. Select this file and click Apply.
