Artifact: Rule Repository

Rule Repository is a persistence mechanism to control the life cycle of rule projects and rules within a project.

Main Description	The main highest level the rule writer is working on is a rule projects. But the design of the business application will lead to have multiple rule projects. All those elements are representing the rule repository. Rule repository includes also meta data on the rule elements.
