Preparing
Everyone updates the planning ( this sprint's backlog) by updating the remaining work on each respective tasks, which leads to a Sprint Burndown Chart.
Gathering all together

Each team member express himself one after one, answering to 3 questions on:

  1. what has been done since the previous daily scrum
  2. What will be done today
  3. Experienced problems

This meeting should occur with all team member standing up in a circle, with Sprint Backlog and up-to-date Sprint Burndown Chart before their eyes.

Consolider
The up-to-date Sprint Backlog helps to make a decision on adjusting the Sprint Goal. It must be kept in mind that a sprint is time-limited (timebox) and that it is preferable to remove initialy forecasted content rather than getting late.
Submitted problems are solved during Manage problems initiated by the Scrum Master.
Key Considerations

Takes place on a daily basis, with the whole team, best time being case early morning: this meeting should be scheduled every day, in the same location, at the same hour.

This meeting length is limited to 15 minutes.
Objective is to examinate work progress and identify potential problems, but not to solve problems.
