Perform the following steps to customize an existing Practice Configuration welcome page:

• If one does not already exist, create a Publish Extends plug-in to contain the customized welcome page.
• In the Publish Extends plug-in, customize the welcome page. A practice configuration welcome page is simply a supporting material guidance element. Thus, it is customized the same way as any guidance element.
