Migrating an existing method to an existing Practice Framework involves moving all existing method elements to the
right plug-ins in the core, specific Practices or specific Practice Configurations, which include cross-practice processes and/or navigation views. For more information on practice framework plug-in types, see
Concept: Practice Library Plug-In Types. For more information on the practice
framework configuration types, see Concept: Practice Library Configuration Types.
When migrating an existing method to a practice framework, it is best to treat the original method as a set of
method requirements for a set of practices and practice configurations to be added to the existing fractice
framework. The overall steps is the same as described in Roadmap: Authoring in the Eclipse Practice Library (EPL), except that you have a large
of amount of content that you can reuse in the new practice framework elements.
