The Method Authoring Method (MAM) for the EPF Practice Library (EPL) is an architecture-centric, quality-oriented and
practice-based approach to method authoring. It provides guidelines for
authoring methods that are intended to exist within the EPF Practice Library (EPL). For information on this version of the configuration,
see MAM for EPL Configuration Release Information.
For a description of the overall process for authoring within a practice framework, see Roadmap: Authoring in the Eclipse Practice Library (EPL).
Getting started
If you are new to the Method Authoring Method for the Unified Method Framework, it is best to start with the elements
in the Start Here navigation view, specifically the Key Concepts. From there, you should familiarize yourself with the practice
authoring Key Scenarios. Once that is completed, you should be fairly familiar with what
is provided in the configuration and you may choose to access the key elements directly from the Key Elements, EPL Guidance and/or the All Elements.
