Git submodule support.

Class Summary

Class	Description
SubmoduleConflict	Merges expect that conflicts will consist of Sequences, but that doesn't really make sense for submodules.
SubmoduleStatus	Status class containing the type, path, and commit id of the submodule.
SubmoduleWalk	Walker that visits all submodule entries found in a tree
