Adding mobile SDKs

MTJ allows you to add mobile SDKs to Eclipse. These mobile SDKs can contain one or several mobile runtimes that are used to develop MTJ applications for target mobile devices. After you have added the mobile SDK to MTJ, you must configure it in MTJ preferences. Every time you create a MTJ project, you are asked to define the mobile runtime for that project. The available mobile runtimes include emulators and actual phone runtimes. The selection of the mobile runtimes depends on the chosen SDK.

With MTJ you can choose which device platforms are imported from the SDK in order to make them available for use in MTJ projects. You can define the device platforms by selecting Window -> Preferences -> MTJ -> Device Platform.

Note: MTJ project can have only one mobile SDK as the active device platform.
