Editors

In MTJ, you can use the standard Eclipse editors, including the Java editor. The Java editor allows you to edit Java code. The Java editor includes an assistant that helps in content and code creation. This assistant can, for example, highlight syntax and offer spelling and coding advice. MTJ contains also the same views as the regular Eclipse. These views are:

• Declaration
• Error Log
• Hierarchy
• Javadoc
• Navigator
• Outline
• Package Explorer
• Problems
• Search
• Other
  This includes the built-in internal web browser.

Besides the standard Eclipse editors, MTJ contains the Application Descriptor Editor. With this, you can edit and specify the contents of the JAD file.
