User Manager Details View

The User Manager Details displays the following information about a specific user:

To view these details, you need to have the permission to read user data. Please refer to the section Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Developer Guide for detailed information on setting security permission for reading user data.

The Details section lists the following information about the user:

Role Assignment - Assigned Roles

This section shows a table with the following details for all roles, the user, the view is opened for, is assigned to:

Removing Role From User

In case you have the permission to manage authorization you can remove the roles from a user, where the logged-in user has a membership in the team leader role.

Please refer to the section Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Developer Guide for detailed information on setting security permission for managing user/role authorization. For detailed information on the team leader role, refer to the section The Team Leader Role of the chapter Modeling the Organizational Structure in the Stardust Online Documentation - Modeling Guide The Team Leader Role of the chapter Modeling the Organizational Structure in the Modeling Guide.

In case you select roles, where you have the above mentioned permission to remove them from a user, the Removing Role From User icon () is enabled. Click this icon to remove the selected role(s) from the user.

Selecting one or more role(s) in the table is done by clicking directly on the according row(s). For details on selecting rows in tables, refer to section Table Row Selection of chapter Stardust Portal Components.

Scoped Roles and Organizations

In case scoped roles are available, they are listed per department in the Name column as follows:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])

Scoped Organizations are displayed as follows:
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])

Column Selection and Reordering

You have the option to select the columns to be displayed in the table and reorder them. Click the Select Columns icon to open the Select Columns dialog, which is described in detail in the section Column Selection and Reordering of the chapter Stardust Portal Components.

Exporting Table Content

The data in the table may be exported to an Excel or CSV file. To export to a file, click to export to Excel or to export to a CSV file.

Sorting

The table may be sorted by any sortable column by clicking the sort icon in the column header. The table data can be toggled between ascending and descending order when the sort icon is clicked.

Pagination

The paginator controls are displayed based on the value provided in the Configuration panel of the portal. For example, if you have provided specification as one record per page and if there are three records, then the paginator controls are displayed. Please refer to the section Paginator Table of the Portal Configuration chapter.

Role Assignment - Assignable Roles

This section shows a table with the following entries:

Available Roles

In case the logged-in user has the team leader role, a list of all roles belonging to his team is provided. Please refer to the section Teams of the chapter Participants and Users in the Stardust Online Documentation - Concepts Teams of the chapter Participants and Users in the Concepts part for detailed information on how a team structure is defined.

Add Role To User

In case you have the permission to manage authorization, you can add roles to a user, where the logged-in user has a membership in the team leader role.

Please refer to the section Authorization for Models of the chapter Authorization in the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide Authorization for Models of the chapter Authorization in the Developer Guide for detailed information on setting security permission for managing user/role authorization. For detailed information on the team leader role, refer to the section The Team Leader Role of the chapter Modeling the Organizational Structure in the Stardust Online Documentation - Modeling Guide The Team Leader Role of the chapter Modeling the Organizational Structure in the Modeling Guide.

In case you select users, where you have the above mentioned permission to add them to a role, the Add Role To User icon () is enabled. Click this icon to add the selected role(s) to the user.

Assignable Scoped Roles and Organizations

In case scoped roles are assignable, they are listed per department in the Name column as follows:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])

Scoped Organizations are displayed as follows:
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])

Default departments are marked with a ? following the organization or role name.

This section shows an activity table listing the activities of the user account. For detailed information on an activity instance, click on the name to open the appropriate Process Details view.
