The Resource Availability view lists all roles, the entries (activity instances) assigned to this role and the users assigned to the role (logged-in and total).
The view is split in two views, the role view Roles and Organizations and the user view User.

The Roles and Organizations section lists the following details about the role or organization:
Click on the role to get detailed information in the Role Manager Details View.
In case the table entry is a scoped role or department, the
according entry in the Name column is displayed in the following
way:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Default departments are marked with a ? following the organization or role name.

You have the option to select the columns to be displayed in the
table and reorder them. Click the Select Columns icon
to open the Select Columns dialog, which is
described in detail in the section Column
Selection and Reordering of the chapter User
Interface Components.
The data in the table may be exported to an Excel or CSV file. To
export to a file, click
to export to Excel or
to
export to a CSV file.

You have the option to filter the data in the Name
column. Please select the filter icon
to open the filter dialog, as described in section Filtering of the chapter User

The table may be sorted by any sortable column by clicking the sort icon
in a column. The table data can be toggled between ascending and
descending order when the sort icon is clicked.
