The Resource Performance view shows the average processing time and the status of processes performed by a specified role or organization.
Figure: The Resource Performance View
This information is split in current day, last week and last month. The average processing time of the processes performed by the selected role or organization is displayed in days, hours, minutes and seconds.
The Status shows the status of the process definition in terms of color. Hereby the criticality is calculated with two global thresholds operating as a percentage of the target processing time:
The target processing time is the Target Processing Time property set during the modeling process for the activity or process instance. For details on this controlling property refer to chapter Working with Process Definitions of the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide. Working with Process Definitions in the Developer Modeling Guide.
All activities having the controlling property Resource Performance Calculation set to include are included into the calculation. For details on this controlling property refer to chapter Specifying Activities of the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide section Resource Performance Calculation of chapter Specifying Activities of the Developer Modeling Guide.
The state symbol color will change in case at least one activity or process instance exceeds the threshold.
In the Role/Organization list choose an organization or role, for whom the list should be displayed:
