Process Diagram

The Process Diagram view invokes all specified process diagrams for the selected process and activity instances.

Open the Process Diagram View

The Process Diagram view can be invoked from the following views:

• The Process Manager View
• The Process Search View
• Process Details View

You find a diagram icon next to processes or in processes rows Actions columns, e.g.:

Click this icon to open the Process Diagram view.

Process Diagram View

The Process Diagram View displays the process graphically, indicating activity states with colors.

The activities state is color-coded, whereby:

• completed activities are displayed in green,
• suspended activities are displayed in yellow,
• active activities are displayed in blue.

To switch to the next or previous process, click the according arrow icons above the diagram, as shown in the following screenshot:
