The Notes View provides the option to view details and content about existing notes as well as to add new notes.

The Notes List shows a table displaying the following details about existing notes:
The table may be sorted by the following columns by clicking the sort icon
:
The table data can be toggled between ascending and descending order when the sort icon is clicked. The default order is by Created in descending order, thus the note added newest is displayed on top.
Please refer to the section Sorting of the chapter Stardust Portal Components for detailed information on sorting columns in the Stardust Portal.
You have the option to select the columns to be displayed in
the table and reorder them. Click the Select Columns
icon 
to open
the Select Columns dialog, which is described
in detail in the section Column Selection and Reordering
of the chapter Stardust Portal Components.
To add a new note, click the Add Note option as demonstrated in the following screenshot:

In the provided field, add the note text.

Select the Save icon to save the note.

To discard the note, select the Cancel icon.
Figure: Cancel the Note Entry.
To view an existing note, hover the mouse over the entry in Notes Preview column.
A tooltip field opens displaying the content of the note.

If the existing note is selected, the note contents are displayed in the View Note mode and the Add Note icon is enabled. You cannot view multiple note contents at a time.
