Details Overview

The Overview section lists the following process instance details:

• Process Name: the name of the process.
• Process Id: id of the process.
• Process OID: the OID of the process.
• Status: the state of the process (active, suspended or completed).
• Start Time: the date and starting time of the process.
• Started By: the user who started the process.
• Duration: the duration of the process in days, hours, minutes and seconds.

View Process Diagram

Click the diagram icon on the right side of your process name to open the Process Diagram view:

Open the Gantt Chart View

In case the visibility of the Gantt Chart button is enabled, you find this icon on the right side of the process name:

By selecting the Gantt Chart button you can open the Gantt Chart view.
