Participants Details

The Participants panel lists all operators who have worked on the current context (i.e., process instance), their current log on status and key identifying information.

The Participants table lists the following details:

• Status: An icon next to each operator indicates whether the operator is currently online () or offline (). If the icon is of green color, it signifies that the operator is online and if the icon is grey, it signifies that the operator is offline.
• First Name: First name of the participant who has worked on the current context.
• Last Name: Last name of the participant who has worked on the current context.
• Account: Account name of the participant who has worked on the current context.
• Email: The email address configured for the participant in Stardust Administration.

Column Selection and Reordering

You have the option to select the columns to be displayed in the table and reorder them. Click the Select Columns icon to open the Select Columns dialog, which is described in detail in the section Column Selection and Reordering of the chapter Stardust Portal Components.

Exporting Table Content

The data in the table may be exported to an Excel or CSV file. To export to a file, click to export to Excel or to export to a CSV file.

Filtering Data Entries

You have the option to filter the data in the following columns:

• First Name
• Last Name

Please select the filter icon to open the filter dialog, as described in section Filtering of the chapter Stardust Portal Components.

Sorting

The table may be sorted by any sortable column by clicking the sort icon in the column header. The table data can be toggled between ascending and descending order when the sort icon is clicked.
