To access to and manage reports, use the Report Manager View in the Business Control Center perspective. It provides access to reports like the user's report designs and archived reports.

It can be accessed from the All Management Views launch panel by clicking the Report Management tree entry in the Reports folder.

The Report Management tree provides the following entries, allowing to upload report templates or existing report designs:
The reports can be viewed and executed in the Report Viewer, which is described in detail in the following section.
In the Details section, you can add a description on the report in an entry field. Furthermore a list with details on the following is provided:

The reports can be viewed and executed in the Report Viewer. This viewer provides a toolbar with the following options:
To execute uploaded reports, click the report entry in the tree. If the executed report has parameters, the parameter user interface is shown before really executing the report, allowing to adjust them. The parameters entered are saved within the metadata of the report. In the toolbar of the report view of user-specific reports, you find a Save button, which generates report as PDF using the parameters saved.
Versioning reports provides you with the ability to keep track of incrementally different versions of existing reports. A new report version is created, when:

To download a report, click the Download
icon in the main toolbar:

The download URL is provided directly for the report name. According to the browser you are using, a download dialog opens to ask where to open the report. For example you can open it in the browser or in an appropriate editor.

To open a report in a separate browser window, click
the Pop Out icon in the main toolbar:

To display the report in the current window again,
click the Pop In icon in the main toolbar:

To add the currently open report to the Favorite Reports
tree, click the Add to Favorite Reports icon in the
main toolbar:

Now the report is displayed in the My Favorite Reports tree in the Business Control Center perspective launch panel section:

To remove the currently open report from the Favorite Reports
tree, click the Remove from Favorite Reports icon in the
main toolbar:

Click the Archive Report button to archive the currently open report.

The archived report is now saved as PDF and located in the My Saved Reports folder.

The Active Models is a report template, providing static information derived from the active deployed models. It gives an overview of the models basic attributes like name, description and id

If you click on Details in the Action column, it gives following components:
To edit this report template, click the entry to open the Report Viewer, which is described in the previous section.
The name and the description of each component are displayed. Click the Details link in the Definition column to go to the detailed definition report for each component.
A Process Definition Details report can be opened by clicking on a Details link behind the name of a process definition in the Definition Overview report. It shows detailed information about a process definition. In addition to the name, the description and the id of the selected process definition, all model components directly related to it are listed in this report, like:
This section shows a list of all roles or organizations which are entitled to create and start a new instance of the process definition. The names displayed link to the detailed Report for the roles or organizations.
All activities are listed, which are part of the process definition and therefore can become part of its instances. A table containing description, performer and application used, is displayed for each of these activities. Click on the names of the activities or components to go to the detailed report on them.
This table shows all sub- and superprocesses of the selected process definition. Click their names to link to their respective Process Definition Detail report.
An Application Details report can be opened by clicking on the Details link behind the name of an application in the Definition Overview report. It shows information about an application, like name and description.
A Role Details sample report can be opened by clicking on the Details link behind the name of a role in the Definition Overview report. It shows detailed information about a role, like name, description and activities.
An Organization Details sample report can be opened by clicking on the Details link behind the name of an organization in the Definition Overview report. It shows detailed information about an organization, like name, description and activities.

An Activity Details report can be opened by clicking the name of an activity in a Process Definition Details report. It shows detailed information about an activity. In addition to the type, name, description and id of the selected activity, all model components directly related to it are listed in this report:
This section displays the organization or role performing this activity.
Application used to perform this activity.
In this section the names of all activities directly preceding this activity in its process definition are listed. The activity names link to their respective Activity Detail reports.
In this section the names of all activities directly succeeding this activity in its process definition are listed. The activity names link to their respective Activity Detail reports.
This table lists the names, types, Ids and descriptions of all data objects which may serve as input for this activity.
This table lists the names, types, Ids and descriptions of all data objects which may be altered during this activity.
This section displays the name, id, type and description of the selected data. Additionally there are two tables to list the activities, which the data is input and output for. Clicking on the activities names link to their Details definition.
You can upload existing reports to this folder and execute them. The available reports are loaded only once and updated only after upload and deletion done by the logged-in user. To upload a report design, right-click the My Report Designs entry and choose Upload File.

Now the File Upload dialog opens, where you can browse to an existing report to choose for uploading.

The uploaded user-specific reports are shown under the My Report Designs tree. To edit the report, click on its entry in the tree to open the Report Viewer.

To delete an uploaded report, right-click it in the report tree and select Delete.

This section contains all saved and archived reports.

To view saved reports, click their name in the My Saved Reports folder. The report is opened in a view according to its document type. A view opens, which displays the report and provide viewing options.
The following viewing options are available:
- Zoom in
- Zoom out
- Rotate right
- Rotate left
- Show Outline
