Monitoring Postponed Activities

The Postponed Activities view displays the activity instances scheduled for resubmission.

Activities can be scheduled for resubmission, in case they have a timer event handler set up for resubmission. Please refer to chapter Resubmission for detailed information on how to schedule activity instances for resubmission.
 

Overview of Postponed Activities

The overview of postponed activities displays the following information about the visible team members:

• Total Count: total number of postponed activity instances.
• Duration: average duration of the postponed activities (the time when it was started until now) in days, hours, minutes and seconds. The duration (how long the activity was postponed) is determined using the following way:
  duration (in milliseconds) += current time (in milliseconds) - activity start time (in milliseconds)
  The activity start time is when it was activated first. Then, the average duration of all the postponed activities is calculated using the following way:
  (total duration of all activities/total count of postponed activities)/1000 milliseconds/60 seconds/60 minutes/24 hours
• Duration Exceeded: number of postponed activity instances with exceeded duration.

All roles and organizations, the displayed team members are assigned to, have a separate table entry. To add or remove participants from the columns, open the Select Columns dialog, which is described in chapter Selecting and Reordering Columns in Tables. Per default, not more than the top five participants are displayed in the columns.

Visible Team Members

In case the logged-in user has the team leader role, all team members belonging to his team are displayed.
