Process Details Overview

The Overview section lists the following process instance details:

• Process Name: the name of the process.
• Process OID: the OID of the process.
• Status: the state of the process (active, suspended, aborted or completed). In case the process is aborted, the user who triggered the abort is displayed as well.
• Start Time: the date and starting time of the process.
• Started By: the user who started the process.
• Duration: the duration of the process in days, hours, minutes and seconds.

Open the Gantt Chart View

In case the visibility of the Gantt Chart button is enabled, you find this icon on the right side of the process name:

By selecting the Gantt Chart button you can open the Gantt Chart view. For details on this view refer to chapter Viewing the Gantt Chart of a Process Instance.
