Running the Stardust Portal in Integration Mode
When running the Stardust Portal in integration mode,
where an external authentication mechanism is used, some of the administration
features are disabled or are available in read-only mode only:
- Uploading a model is disabled. It results in the following error
message:
Model upload must be handled through the external provider.
- Buttons and links for uploading models in the portal are hidden.
- User Management is disabled. Clicking the User Management link results in
the following error message:
User Management must be handled through the external provider.
- Adding, editing or deleting users is not possible in the portal. They can
only be viewed.
- User Group Management is disabled. Clicking the link results in
the following error message:
User Group Management must be handled through the external provider.
- Adding, editing or deleting user groups is not possible in the portal. They can
only be viewed.
- Department Management is disabled. Clicking the link results in
the following error message:
Department Management must be handled through the external provider.
- Adding, editing or deleting departments is not possible in the portal.
Only viewing is possible.
- Role Management is disabled. Clicking the link results in
the following error message:
Role Management must be handled through the external provider.
- Adding, editing or deleting roles is not possible in the portal.
Only viewing is possible.
- The logout button is not available.
