The Completed Activities View, which can be accessed via the Business Control Center perspective launch panel, gives an overview of all completed activities.

The overview tables are separated in the processes. Per default, not more than the top five processes are displayed in the columns. To add or remove processes from the columns, open the Select Columns dialog, which is described in section Setting Displayed Column Filters. All processes are available for selection, which the logged-in user has the declarative security permission Read Process Instance Data for. This permission is defined for the process definition in the modeler. Please refer to the section Authorization for Process Definitions of the chapter Authorization in the Stardust Online Documentation - Modeling Guide Authorization for Process Definitions of the Authorization chapter in the Modeling Guide for detailed information on the Read Process Instance Data permission.
The number of completed activities per day, week and month is displayed for the processes of the according team members.
To get detailed information on a specific user listed in the Team Member column, click on the appropriate name to open the User Manager Details view. For details on the view refer to chapter Viewing and changing Role Assignments to a User.
In case the logged-in user has the team leader role, all team members belonging to his team are displayed. Filters may be applied to filter the columns that are displayed
in the table. Click the Select Column icon
icon and mark the checkbox for each process that you want to be displayed
as column in the Completed Activities table.
The provided process instances in this list depend on the declarative
security permission to read process instance data, set in the modeler for
the logged-in user. Please refer to the section
