Viewing Process Details

You can view details on a process in the Process Details view. This view can be invoked from the activity execution view in the Workflow Execution Perspective as well as from process tables and activity tables.

The Process Details view displays details about a process instance, like descriptors, activities, participants etc.

Invoking the Process Details View

You can invoke the Process Details view from the following locations:

• Process and Activity tables:
  • click the Process Details icon in the Actions column of the according process or activity
    or
  • click the process or activity entry in the Process or Activity column of the table respectively
  (refer to chapters Working with Process Tables and Working with Activity Tables for details)
• Activity execution view: to view the process history belonging to a currently active activity, click the Process Details icon in the toolbar

  

• Document search result table: click the Process icon in the Actions column of the document and select the process in the drop-down list (refer to chapter Searching for Documents for details)
• Activity execution view - Linked Processes: click the linked process in the linked processes list (refer to chapter Viewing the Link Type during Activity Execution for details)
