The Process Table in the Process History section displays a hierarchical tree view of processes started from the root process.

The following columns are not displayed per default, but can be selected via the Select Column option:
Note that only details about processes the user has the declarative security permissions Read Process Instance Data and Read Activity Instance Data for, are displayed. These permissions are defined in the modeler for the process definition and the activity accordingly. Please refer to the section Authorization for Activities Authorization for Activities for detailed information on the Read Activity Instance Data permission and the section Authorization for Process Definitions of the chapter Authorization in the Stardust Online Documentation - Modeling Guide Authorization for Process Definitions of the Authorization chapter in the Modeling Guide for detailed information on the Read Process Instance Data permission accordingly.
By default, the current process instance row is selected and the Process Table displays details about the activities related to this process. To see details about activities related to another process, select the radio button of the according process row in the Select column.

Aborted processes show the user who triggered the abort in brackets in the Status column.

You have the option to suppress the display of process definitions that are not business relevant in the portal. These processes are marked as "Is Auxiliary Process" in the modeler. Please refer to chapter Working with Process Definitions of the Stardust Online Documentation - Modeling Guide Working with Process Definitions of the Modeling Guide for details.
By default, these auxiliary processes are displayed in the Process History. To show or hide them from the view, click the Show / Hide Auxiliary Processes icon in the toolbar.
