PDFs are rendered on the server side as PNGs, which are then streamed to the Stardust Portal for display in the PDF viewer. This allows incremental document loading, reducing time to view the first page and eliminates the need to have Acrobat available on client machines.

Pages -- Displays the number of the page currently displayed in the viewer and the total number of pages in the document. Type the page number in the entry box to jump to that page number. |

Next Page -- Click to view the next page of the document. |

Next Page -- Click to view the last page of the document. |

Zoom In -- Click to increase document magnification. |

Zoom Out -- Click to decrease document magnification. |

Zoom Menu -- Select a percentage from the Zoom menu to increase or decrease document magnification. |

Rotate Right -- Click to rotate the
orientation of the page clockwise. Note: This temporarily changes the orientation of the page. The new orientation is not retained. |

Rotate Left -- Click to temporarily rotate
the orientation of the page counterclockwise. Note: This temporarily changes the orientation of the page. The new orientation is not retained. |

Show Outline -- Click to display the outline
view or the structure of a document in a pop-up window. It displays a
table of contents and represents the chapters and sections in a
document as links. Each link goes to a different view or page in the
document. It allows you to jump to a destination within an Adobe PDF
document. It is generated automatically from the toc entries of
documents. Note: The pop-up window will display only if the document contains the table-of-contents entries. |
