Text and HTML documents display in a general viewer tab that allows operators to scroll through the document.

An extensive set of formatting controls is provided for HTML documents if the logged-in user is allowed to modify the document.

The following editor toolbar functionality is available for HTML documents:

Remove the formatting from the highlighted text. |

Applies bold, italic, and underscore formatting to the selected text. |

Superscript or subscript the highlighted text. |

To hide the toolbar, you can click the arrow-up icon in the upper-right corner of the document content viewer.

The toolbar will be hidden. An arrow-down icon is available then, which can be used to make the toolbar appear again.

To save the document, click the Save
icon displayed in the upper-right corner of the document editor.
