You can use the User Manager Details View to get information about information about a specific user and allows to change user assignments.

The User Manager Details View can be accessed by clicking on a user in the following views of the Business Control Center Perspective:
To view the assignment details and change role assignments, you need to have the permission to read user data. Please refer to section Permissions of chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Developer Guide for detailed information on setting security permission for reading user data.
The Details section lists the following information about the user:

This section shows a table with the following details for all roles, the user, the view is opened for, is assigned to:
In case you have the permission to manage authorization you can remove the roles from a user, where the logged-in user has a membership in the team leader role.
Please refer to the section Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide Permissions of the chapter Declarative Security Usage in Stardust Services API in the Developer Guide for detailed information on setting security permission for managing user/role authorization. In case you select roles, where you have the above mentioned
permission to remove them from a user,
the Removing Role From User icon

) is enabled.
Click this icon to remove the selected role(s) from the user.

In case scoped roles are available, they are
listed per department in the Name column as follows:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Scoped Organizations are displayed as follows:
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])

In case the logged-in user has the team leader role, a list of all roles belonging to his team is provided. Please refer to the section Teams of the chapter Participants and Users in the Stardust Online Documentation - Concepts Teams of the chapter Participants and Users in the Concepts part for detailed information on how a team structure is defined.
In case you have the permission to manage authorization, you can add roles to a user, where the logged-in user has a membership in the team leader role.

In case you select users, where you have the above mentioned
permission to add them to a role,
the Add Role To User icon

) is enabled.
Click this icon to add the selected role(s) to the user.

In case scoped roles are assignable, they are
listed per department in the Name column as follows:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Scoped Organizations are displayed as follows:
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Default departments are marked with a ? following the organization or role name.

In case of any change in the role assignment of the logged-in user, you should logout and login again to apply the new authorizations. A message is displayed on top of the view to inform you of this necessary step.

The message is displayed again, if you reopen the view and make further changes to the role assignment.
This section shows an activity table listing the activities of the user account. For detailed information on an activity instance, click on the name to open the appropriate Process Details view, which is described in detail in chapter Viewing Process Details.
