To create a rule set, click the
icon in the My
Rule Sets launch panel toolbar. The Rule Set Property view opens. In this view, you can view and edit general properties as well as manage Rule set data parameters.
The general properties part of a Rule set contain the following entries:

To create a new parameter, click the Add icon below the Parameter Definition table:

Now the parameter fields become editable and can be specified as described in the following section.
Each rule set is a set of rules anticipating the same set of input and output data. These data parameters are specified on the Rule Set Parameters tab. Any publicly visible Structured Type and Primitive Data may be set as Rule Set parameters. Once set they will be available for use in rule conditions and actions.
The following parameter definitions can be entered and edited:
An IN Parameter must be added for each Structured Type and Primitive Data that will be used in the Rule Conditions. Similarly an OUT Parameter must be added for each one that will be used in the Rule Actions. Note that IN/OUT parameters are also supported.

All structured data types that are defined in available models can be selected.

If you like to delete a data parameter, select it in the Parameter Definition table and click the Delete icon in the upper left corner:
