The Resource Availability view lists all roles, the entries (activity instances) assigned to this role and the users assigned to the role (logged-in and total). This view can be accessed via the Business Control Center perspective launch panel.
It is split in two views, the role view Roles and Organizations and the user view User.

The Roles and Organizations section lists the following details about the role or organization:
Click on the role to get detailed information in the Role Manager Details View. For details on this view refer to chapter Viewing and changing User Assignment to a Role.
In case the table entry is a scoped role or department, the
according entry in the Name column is displayed in the following
way:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Default departments are marked with a ? following the organization or role name.
