To get information on the average processing time, wait time and status of processes performed by a specified role or organization, use the Resource Performance in the Business Control Center perspective. This view displays columns with details for each cumulation interval for the selected participant by process definition.

In the Role/Organization list choose an organization or role, for whom the list should be displayed:

In case scoped roles are available, they are
listed in the selection box as:
Role Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Scoped Organizations are displayed as follows:
Organization Name (department.[parent department.[..]])
Default departments are marked with a ? following the organization or role name.

This information in the table is split in current day, last week and last month. The time in the time columns for average processing time and wait time is displayed in days, hours, minutes and seconds.
The Wait Time column displays the average wait time of activities for each process definition.
The average wait time is determined by the sum of all time intervals an activity instance has spent in suspended state during its lifecycle from creation to completion. Resubmission times (in hibernated state) do not contribute to the wait time.
The Average Processing Time column displays the average processing time of activities for each process definition. The processing time is determined by the sum of all time intervals an activity instance has spent in active state during its lifecycle from creation to completion.
The Status shows the status of the process definition in terms of color. Hereby the criticality is calculated with two global thresholds operating as a percentage of the target processing time:
The target processing time is the Target Processing Time property set during the modeling process for the activity or process instance. For details on this controlling property refer to chapter Working with Process Definitions of the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide. Working with Process Definitions in the Developer Modeling Guide.
All activities having the controlling property Resource Performance Calculation set to include are included into the calculation. For details on this controlling property refer to chapter Specifying Activities of the Stardust Online Documentation - Developer Modeling Guide section Resource Performance Calculation of chapter Specifying Activities of the Developer Modeling Guide.
The state symbol color will change in case at least one activity or process instance exceeds the threshold.
Using the add new column feature, you can specify custom columns and time frames.
By adding one or more column, you can see the average wait time and processing time
for the specified time period of the process.
To add new column, click the Add Column
icon.
The Edit Column dialog gets displayed.

Following example displays the custom column with wait time and processing time.
In this example, we are adding a time frame for the month of July. So that we can see the wait time and processing time for the process.
For the month July, specify the start date as "2" months and duration "1" month. Assume that current month is September.
