Searching for Documents, Activities and Processes

The Search Page allows to enter search text to search for documents, activities, and processes. This search functionality is similar to the Process Search view in the Stardust Portal Business Control Center Perspective. Please refer to chapter Searching for Processes and Activities in the Stardust Portal documentation for details.

You can access the Search Page by tapping Search in the main Launch Page.

Searching for Processes

Tapping Process opens the Search Processes page.

You can set the following criteria to search for processes:

• time frame - you can set the date and time frame the processes were started in in the Started From and Started To entry fields.

  

• process - expand the Process entry to select the processes you like to search for

  

• status - expand the State section to select the status of the process(es) you search for

  

A result list opens with all processes matching the search criteria. Tapping on a process in the list opens the according Process Details page.

Searching for Activities

Tapping Activity opens the Search Activities page.

You can set the following criteria to search for activities:

• time frame - you can set the date and time frame the processes were started in in the Started From and Started To entry fields.
• process - expand the Process entry to select the processes you like to search for

  

• activity - expand the Activity entry to select the activity(ies) you like to search for

  

• status - expand the State section to select status of the activity you search for

  

A result list opens with all activities matching the search criteria. Tapping on an activity in the list opens the according Activities page.

Searching for Documents

In the Search Documents page you can set the following criteria to search for documents:

• time frame - you can set the date and time frame the processes were started in in the Started From and Started To entry fields.
• text match - you can set a text pattern that should be contained in the searched document
• document types - expand the Document Types entry to select the document type(s) you like to search for
