Fix for:
bugzilla 79689 -- "Unable to convert static libraries from 1.2 -> 2.1". Fix is to add a test for a static library project type.
bugzilla 75859 -- "Importing 1.2x mgd make projects doesn't update artifactName". Artifact names (even with spaces) and extensions are transferred correctly.
bugzilla 79572 -- "Importing 1.2 projects with libraries/library search paths fails". Now the option ID is recognized and dealt with correctly.
