Parameters:

fd - file descriptor.

PTYOutputStream

                       boolean sendEotBeforeClose)

From a Unix valid file descriptor set a Reader.

Parameters:

fd - file descriptor.

sendEotBeforeClose - flags the stream to send an EOT character before closing the stream to signalize end of stream.
