Setting a Default Catalog Entry

The XML editor uses an XML catalog to organize DTD and Schema files and an associated Public ID. For each supported voice markup (VXML, CCXML, and SRGS-XML) an XML catalog entry is selected as the default. This is used by the new file wizard to create default file contents. To change the default catalog entry used to point to another DTD or Schema file in the XML catalog use the Catalog Defaults preference page. Select the 'Change Default' button corresponding to the markup you would like to set a new default for. Select from the list of existing catalog entries and press OK. The preference page will attempt to determine the version of the XML catalog entry, but you may also set a version manually. This version will be used when creating new files in the new file wizard.
