This zip file contains the exact "basebuilder" used
to produce WTP 0.7.

We've archived this here at this public site since the
version we used to build 0.7 may be have been an exact
match with a tagged version in CVS.

It is extremely close, if not exact, to v20050607,
so that version of the org.eclipse.releng.basebulder
should be used, and this archive only used if something
seems to be wrong after that tagged version used.

As documented elsewhere, to reproduce the R0_7 build,
the tag version of the webtools
releng.builder and releng projects to use is R0_7B.
