void put(org.eclipse.emf.mwe.core.WorkflowContext ctx,
       IResourceDescriptions descriptions,
       org.eclipse.emf.ecore.resource.ResourceSet resourceSet)

implementers can modify the ctx (i.e. add new entries based on the configuration)

Parameters:

ctx - - the workflow context to modify

descriptions - - the index state

resourceSet - - the resource set containing the loaded resources
